Shante “Pep Talk Tae” Brooks
Shante “Pep Talk Tae” Brooks rose from Richmond, Virginia to become a vibrant voice in Atlanta’s media scene. An alumna of Virginia Union University, Shante first built a corporate career with firms like Bank of America and Wells Fargo before finding her calling behind the microphone. She became a dynamic presence on Atlanta’s HITS 92.3 FM with her own show, Pep Talk with Tae, where her candid “pep talks” and high-energy hosting style earned her a loyal following.
By 2023, She had cemented her status as an influential media personality, emceeing panel discussions at the Black Media Honors and earning a nomination for Radio/Podcast Host of the Year.
She was featured in magazines as a “woman to watch” in media, and her hosting prowess extended to high-profile stages including the 2024 Black Music Honors show and Kinnik Sky’s stage play premiere Peace Be Still. From wedding receptions to women’s empowerment events, Shante has commanded many crowds, even serving as an emcee at Atlanta’s popular City Winery venue.
This momentum carried into 2024 as she launched Live With Tae, a talk show known for real conversations with notable guests and community highlights, encapsulated by her slogan “Tae Beez Outside”. She also joined a new morning radio team (on KISS 98.3 FM) alongside her 2 Beauties and the Fox co-hosts.
In the same year, Shante’s work earned her recognition as Celebrity Media Host of the Year 2024 and even a Lifetime Presidential Achievement Award. Kimberly “Glamlife Kim” Holifield
Kimberly Holifield, known as “Glamlife Kim,” is a radio personality and entrepreneur who infuses glamour and energy into everything she does. A Chicago native now based in Minneapolis, Kim began her radio journey in 2016 at 89.9 KMOJ-FM, quickly becoming a listener favorite as the midday host.
Her passion for music and storytelling led her to launch Back In The Day with Glamlife Kim in 2020: a nostalgic Sunday night show celebrating classic R&B hits. Beyond the mic, Kim played dual roles at KMOJ as an underwriting and events manager, blending her love of community engagement with behind-the-scenes expertise.
Kim is also a seasoned event planner. She owns GlamLife Events & Parties, a Twin Cities event planning business she has helmed for over 20 years. As the lead planner, she has orchestrated everything from intimate backyard weddings to lavish receptions, leveraging her creative vision and organizational savvy to make clients’ dream events a reality. This entrepreneurial side of “Glamlife Kim” complements her media career, whether she’s curating a throwback playlist or coordinating a sparkling gala, Kim’s focus is on creating memorable experiences.
In late 2024, Kim joined forces with Tae and Rob on the KISS 98.3 Power Hitz Morning Show, adding her “vibrant energy, bold perspectives, and infectious humor” to the program’s lineup. As a co-host, she helps deliver an electrifying mix of humor, inspiration, and music alongside her two new colleagues. Rob “Your Favorite SilverFox” Malloy
Rob Malloy AKA “Your Favorite Silverfox” is the Fox of the trio, known for his suave on-air presence and relationship expertise. A proud father of four and a U.S. Air Force veteran, Rob transitioned from military life to become a certified dating coach focused on helping people navigate love after divorce. He blends matters of the heart and wallet: recognizing the link between love and finance.
Rob created and hosts the series Romance and Finance, which offers frank advice on dating and money management. His varied life experience shows in his resume. He has been an adaptive athletics coach, model, actor, influencer, radio personality, and entrepreneur. He also co-hosts the Pops and Son Conversations podcast.
On social media, Rob bills himself as the “#1 Romance and Finance Expert” and has attracted a sizable following with his relatable insights and charismatic style. Major brands have taken note of his influence: he has collaborated with companies ranging from Yves Saint Laurent and Ralph Lauren to Applebee’s and BET+. In late 2024, he brought his talents to morning radio, joining the new KISS 98.3 FM lineup with Tae and Kim.
